ALL AT SEA? OCEANS LAW IN AUSTRALIA - EDO Seminar Series 2009
This Seminar will examine the laws that currently govern our oceans. Are these laws adequate to ensure conservation? Or do we need to look at other options? The proposal for a Commonwealth Oceans Act and its current status will be outlined.
